1. What FTK provides

FTK offers interpretive behavioral assessments and educational publications, including eBooks and printed books. Assessments examine behavioral patterns, pressure response, decision-making and performance sustainability. Publications present the author’s educational and philosophical perspectives.

The services do not include clinical diagnosis, therapy, personalized investment advice, trade recommendations or legal and tax advice. No particular personal, financial or performance outcome is guaranteed. See the Disclaimer for the scope of the material.

2. Product details, prices & payment

Check the product, format, price, currency and any taxes or charges shown before confirming payment. Direct online payments are processed through Stripe. Book purchases made through Amazon or another retailer follow that retailer’s checkout, delivery and return arrangements, subject to applicable law.

A one-time assessment or eBook purchase does not itself create a recurring subscription. Any recurring product must be identified as such in its offer and checkout information.

3. Digital books & delivery

Direct eBook purchases provide the digital format described on the product page. Following successful payment, download access is provided through the purchase confirmation page and/or a delivery email. An ePub file requires a compatible reading application or device.

If a file does not arrive, a link does not work or the file cannot be opened, contact support@thefinancialtimingkey.com with the product name and purchase email. Do not send payment-card details.

4. Assessment orders

Assessment descriptions identify the intended scope and level of detail. Any required intake information and stated delivery arrangements form part of the information for that service. Please provide accurate information relevant to the assessment and respond to any request needed to clarify your order.

If you wish to cancel or change an assessment order, contact support promptly. Any applicable withdrawal rights, and the treatment of work already requested and lawfully performed, are governed by applicable law.

5. Withdrawal, refunds & statutory rights

Your mandatory consumer rights remain applicable. Digital delivery does not automatically remove a statutory right of withdrawal or a right to a remedy for faulty or non-conforming content.

Where applicable law allows a withdrawal right for digital content to end when supply begins, that requires the legally necessary prior express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation. A general statement on this website does not replace those requirements. Corresponding legal requirements apply where a service is to start during a withdrawal period.

Contact support about a cancellation, refund request, delivery failure or problem with an assessment or publication. Nothing in these terms limits a refund, repair, replacement or other remedy required by applicable law.

6. Copyright & use of the material

FTK publications and assessment materials are protected by copyright. Purchasing a copy does not transfer ownership of the underlying copyright. Reproduction, redistribution or commercial reuse requires permission unless permitted by applicable law or an expressly agreed licence.

7. Availability & responsibility

Website access and digital delivery can be affected by maintenance, email filtering or external network services. Report an access or delivery problem so it can be investigated.

You are responsible for assessing whether and how to apply the educational material to your circumstances. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, or overrides mandatory consumer protections.
